GRAPHIC CONCRETE

Graphic Concrete’s patented technology involves applying a surface retarder to a special membrane during the precast process. While there are stock patterns available, any pattern or image that can be created can be imparted onto the precast concrete surface. The fineness of the UHPC surface, due to the high density of the design mix and the small aggregate (less than 500 microns), allows for high quality imprints and textures. The image or pattern is not an added layer, it is part of the concrete cast, and therefore is as durable and maintenance-free as concrete itself. The membranes can be reusable to create efficiencies in casting and production.
